If it does, I’m probably going to rub Crutchfield’s nose in it. I will attempt to find the home of these multi-pin adapters and see if that solves the problem. Still no steering wheel controls but all other functions seem to work fine. We verbally went through the plugs, wires, and settings but if I have the same problem you have had, I too will have to solve it myself as Crutchfield didn’t get me to a satisfactory conclusion. I have the same set of adapters with my harness that are un-used. Unit Includes: Steering wheel interface, Wire harness, Wire to 3.5mm connector, USB cable, and Instruction manual iDataLink Maestro ADS-MSW Universal Steering Wheel Control Interface for Aftermarket radio. I too have been attempting to use the steering wheel controls and although the tech at Crutchfield was attempting to be helpful, he reached at point at which I knew he wanted to say “I’ve done all for you that I can do for you, we need to part company.” Again, he didn’t say that, but after a thirty minute call he also couldn’t offer any more assistance either. I’ve been on the phone with Crutchfield today while attempting to install an Alpine iLX-107 in an FJ Cruiser.
